Randalls is the former department store which is a grade II listed building and located in Uxbridge. Our landscape design strategy aims to provide the optimum site layout that works with the required vehicle tracking and parking as well as creating a social space and opportunities to enhance the site biodiversity for the redevelopment of ‘Randalls’.
The proposed landscape scheme contains a high-quality central courtyard with a flexible shared space. This shared space will have limited vehicle access (emergency and disabled drivers) while also creating an attractive pedestrian-oriented arrival space accommodating both passive and active leisure activities as well as providing green and pleasant amenity spaces for the residents.
